The Bingley Bonfire, an iconic part of Bingley life, was started some 40 years ago by Bingley Round Table, followed by Baildon & District Round Table and is now one of the largest firework displays in the area.

After supporting last year’s event, The Rotary Club of Bingley Airedale are the new organisers. The event will once again be held in Myrtle Park, Bingley on Saturday 5th November 2011 starting at 6.30 pm with entertainment provided by Pulse Radio. A full range of refreshments will also be available.

This is a community event involving local primary schools providing the Guy Fawkes and with proceeds benefitting local charities.

As a family event, a ‘no alcohol, fireworks or pets’ policy is in place and disabled facilities are available.
